Inkscape: Choosing the size canvas

If you are making something like a business card or a screen saver you don't want to have all that extra room.

1. Go to File.
2. Scroll over New, you will see a list of sizes you can choose from.
3. If you want to edit the size to fit exactly the object you drew go to File.
4. Click on document properties.
5. In the custom size box find Resize to page content.
6. Click this, it will ask you Resize page to drawing or selection Click this.
